If you found yourself on a deserted island, what books would you take with you? People, after giving it some thought, answered: the Bible, the Holy Scriptures, works by Dostoevsky, Dickens, and books by notable psychologists. However, one answer stood out among the rest: 'I would take books on shipbuilding.' This speaks volumes about where people envisioned their future. Attention is often dulled by the flood of everyday thoughts and tasks, yet where your focus goes, so do change, growth, and results.
I wrote this post inspired by the book Psychology published by Mykolas Romeris University in 2007, with authors/editors Roma Jusienė and Alfredas Laurinavičius.
