WHY
I have always been surrounded by people, and the younger I was, the more intensely I reacted to others’ behaviors, attitudes, or words. I would question and wonder, feeling an urge to change the world, to change others. My first teachers were books—countless books, in fact—and they expanded my view, allowing me to see people through a new lens. I realized I needed to turn inward, to focus on my own mindset.
Then, life brought me opportunities to see the world and travel. I became involved in psychological organizations in Lithuania and abroad, meeting inspiring individuals who enriched my thinking and worldview. These people were like "living books," sharing their genuine life experiences and insights with me. Most importantly, they offered me their most valuable resource: time. All these new people I met had one thing in common—they had achieved great things in life. They were a few steps ahead of me, and the key to "why" lay in their mindset.
If you’re seeking answers in life and don't know where to start, begin by clearing your environment. Distance yourself from toxic people. If you haven’t yet found inspiring people around you, it may mean you’re not ready—they’ll come to you when the time is right. Start with your mindset.
